Our Learning Journey: A 4-Lab Deep Dive
This program is not a lecture. It is a 16-hour "living lab" composed of four highly interactive workshops. You will work on your actual challenges in a safe, confidential environment, learning from your peers and through direct experience.
Lab I: Foundations of Leadership Agility: This lab redefines leadership and introduces organizational agility. We will contrast how a traditional manager thinks, acts, and develops versus an agile leader. Finally, we will explore the core Leadership Agility Framework and use it to self-assess our current leadership behaviors to identify areas for improvement.
Lab II: The Human System, Collaboration, Conflict, and Openness: This lab shifts our focus from self-assessment to interpersonal dynamics. You will map your key stakeholder relationships, explore the concepts of "Truth" and "Openness" as the practical basis for collaboration, and analyze your personal conflict patterns to understand and manage your defensive reactions.
Lab III: Accountability & Collaborative Problem-Solving: This lab builds on our self-awareness by introducing self-accountability and the power of choice. You will learn the critical mindset shift from "victim" to "accountable" leader. We will then equip you with a powerful 5-step, "Green Zone" method for Interest-Based Problem-Solving to collaboratively resolve conflict and find durable, win-win solutions.
Lab IV: Leading Change & Your Personal Path: This final lab integrates all our learning. We will explore practical ways to navigate the complexity of change in human systems. Using storytelling and case studies, you will learn to understand change dynamics and influence them effectively. Finally, you will synthesize your entire journey by creating a Personal Leadership Canvas to guide your continuous development as a leader.Core Learning Outcomes
